Overview

At Citywear.com, we want to make your Return or Refund as easy as possible.

Withdrawal or Refund Request must be made via Return Center Product/Item within 14 days and item return within 21 days of purchase date in order to be eligible for a refund. As long as the Citywear LLC Product/Item was not used after purchase.

You can return items within 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, you will not be able to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive the Citywear LLC refund notification, we will inspect the products and notify you that we have received your returned/refund request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your request.

Conditions for Returned physical item:                 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
  • Return/Refund request is mailed to Citywear LLC within 14 days from the date of purchase.

If your return does not meet the above criteria please submit a ticket using the “Returns & Refund” option. Tell us which of the conditions that have not been met and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive the item/request in a condition that does not meet our return/refund criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The deposit will be returned to the Customer in full amount when the products is returned to Citywear LLC Recommends in good condition at the end of the contract period. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have received and processed the return.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method originally used to make payment for your order.

Exchanges Service

Unfortunately we do not offer a return for exchange service. If you like the product but would prefer it in a different color or size simply return the unwanted item to us for a refund and place a new order for the item.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Shipping Your Item

Citywear provides a shipping method for returning your item. However, you are responsible for the shipping back of your item for refund.

Since you intend to return the item, we will offer you a drop off point, where you will return the item to us. To return your product, please contact Return Center and provide your order number. We will send you an instruction via an email.

If you qualify to receive a refund, your funds will be refunded back to your credit card. But if you didn’t meet any criteria above for a full return, maybe there was a damage to the Citywear Product or package, you agree to forfeit your purchased funds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
